Postage and packaging
a) Cost to deliver all plus size lingerie items within mainland UK is £5.95 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £2.50 per item
b) For delivery to mainland Europe the cost is £9.45 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £3.00 per item
c) For delivery to USA / Rest of the world cost is £11.95 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £4.00 per item
Hosiery Postage and Packaging
a) Postage & Packing to Mainland UK. £4.45 for the first pair and £1.50 for each additional pair.
b) Postage & Packing to Mainland Europe. £7.00 for the first pair and £3.00 for each additional pair.

Returns.
a) If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
b) Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging. Please ensure that you obtain a Goods Returns Number (GRN) from us before returning any items. Without a GRN you will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

c) For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered or where the packaging has been opened.
d) By it's very nature plus size lingerie products are intimate items of clothing and therefore we do not exchange goods if you change your mind about the purchase or if they do not fit.
e) If you are unsure about your lingerie size please check our Size Guide or contact us before ordering.
f) Orders returned by Royal Mail undelivered will be held for a further 28 days and then disposed of, if we are contacted we can usually arrange redelivery.
