Postage and packaging

a) Cost to deliver all items within mainland UK is £3.95 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £2.00 per item

b) For delivery to mainland Europe the cost is £6.95 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £3.00 per item

c) For delivery to USA / Rest of the world cost is £7.95 per item. Additional items on the same order will be charged at an additional £3.00 per item

Hosiery Postage and Packaging
a) Postage & Packing to Mainland UK. £3.00 for the first pair and £1.50 for each additional pair.
b) Postage & Packing to Mainland Europe. £5.00 for the first pair and £2.50 for each additional pair.
c) Postage & Packing to USA/Rest of the world. £6.00 for the first pair and £3.00 for each additional pair

Delivery
a) Deliveries to mainland UK will be via Royal Mail First Class.

b) Deliveries to mainland Europe will be via Parcel Post.

c) Deliveries to USA / Rest of the world will be via Air Mail

Payment.
a) We accept cash/cheques, please send with your order.
b) We accept all major credit cards when you pay via Paypal.

c) Sexy Plus is a subsidiary of Topline Ltd, and this is the name that will appear on your credit card bill.

d) We are happy to accept Paypal at no extra charge to you. (Paypal is free for buyers !)

e) All online payments are 100% secure and fully encrypted.

Returns.

a) If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
b) Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.

c) We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or briefs, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If these goods are returned unopened we can accept them.
